Rhum Corner, the name came from Jen’s husband Roland drinking rum and cokes at Cocktail Bar and serving them up for friends in the know, in the corner. Rhum Corner the concept came from Jen and Roland’s long considered idea to do a Haitian restaurant, with a cool atmosphere. It’s hard to use the word “cool” without feeling like a douche, but that’s the concept. Cheap and tasty food, fun drinks, like frescos and slushies and buckets of rhum. So much rhum.
