1. Can I use my benefits to cover the cost of your treatments?
While I am not a registered massage therapist, some insurance providers offer self-care or wellness coverage that may be applicable to the services provided by Holistic Healing.

2. What should I expect from your services?
At Holistic Healing Algoma, we strive to create a safe and nurturing space for relaxation and self-care. After our session together, you can expect to feel cared for, nurtured, and deeply relaxed. We recommend taking some time afterwards to fully experience the benefits of the session. Engaging in activities such as bathing, journaling, painting, dancing, resting, or taking a light walk outside can help integrate the session into your body. It is also important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water on the day of your treatment and to avoid heavy physical exertion following a massage appointment.

3. How do I pay?
We accept cash, debit, credit, and e-transfers as forms of payment.

4. What are your credentials?
– 200 Hour Swedish Massage Certificate (Completed in 2014 through Inan Itah in Nicaragua, studied under Valerie Hope, RMT)
– Reiki Master (The Healing Loft, S.S.M., Canada, studied under Anne Marie Caicco)
– 200 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor (Completed in 2017 through Sivananda Yoga Camp, Val Morin, Canada)
– Kidding Around Yoga Instructor (Online course, 2018, studied under Harrish Ambush)
– Breakthrough Coaching Yoga Method (Completed in 2020 through Live Online training, studied under Jayme Hernandez)
– Aromatherapy 101 Certificate (Completed in 2021 through an online course, studied under Universal Class)

5. What is your confidentiality policy?
We value your privacy and adhere to a strict confidentiality policy. All information shared before, during, and after your appointment remains completely private. We consider the space we create to be sacred and respect your confidentiality.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. To avoid any penalties, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge of the appointment cost will apply. For no-shows, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged. Given the nature of our mobile, office, and custom bookings, proper planning is essential to provide efficient service. As a reminder, a text message will be sent two days prior to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding, respect, and cooperation.
